Using PC-based data-acquisition and "BridgeView" by "National Instrument"
Our Bell Logger is a low cost, highly versatile data logger to keep track of all changes for telegraph settings and engine RPM while the vessel is under way. The system shown is presently installed on "Maersk - SeaLand's" D9-Class fleet and has been very successful. The system uses data-acquisition hard- / software manufactured by "National Instruments" in Austin / TX. The Man-Machine interface was written by Ryno Enterprises. The unit can be expanded to several hundred I/O points and fully customized to our client's demands
Data is displayed on the main screen in conventional numerical display, as well as charted on a trend-display, which allows for instant analysis of telegraph command and engine response.
